Privacy notice. What happens to what you send
The short version comes first. Each part below gives the formal detail, followed by what it means in plain words.

The short version
- We only keep what you type into the inquiry form.
- We use it for 1 thing: replying to you about your project.
- We delete it after 12 months, unless we end up working together.
- No tracking cookies, no ads, no selling or sharing your details.
What we keep, why and for how long
| What | Why we need it | How long |

| What you need, when you want to start, your budget | To understand the project and answer with a real plan | 12 months |
| Your message, if you write one | To read the details you chose to share | 12 months |
What it means: only what you type, only to answer you, deleted after a year.
Controller
The controller of personal data collected through this website (“we”, “us”) is Andrii Boichuk. For any request concerning personal data, contact a.boichuk.v@gmail.com.
What it means: This is who is responsible for your data and where to write about it.
Purposes and legal basis
Inquiry data is processed to assess your request and respond to it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Technical server logs are processed to operate and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
What it means: Your details are used to answer your request, and nothing else.
Recipients and processors
Inquiry submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to a Google Apps Script endpoint, stored in a private Google Sheet and delivered as an email to a Gmail inbox. Google LLC acts as our processor (it handles the data only on our instructions).
Our hosting provider processes standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, when the site is served. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with any other party.
What it means: Only Google and our web host touch your data, and only to deliver and store it for us.
International transfers
Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards Google provides, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
What it means: Your data may be stored abroad, under recognised legal protections.
Retention
Inquiry data is deleted 12 months after receipt. If the inquiry leads to a project, the data is kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax law require. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
What it means: No project, deleted after a year.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this website’s own server, so no third-party font service receives your IP address. There are no embedded third-party widgets or social media plugins.
What it means: Nothing on this site follows you around.

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Inquiry data is accessible only through our own password-protected accounts.
What it means: Your data travels encrypted and is kept behind a login.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email a.boichuk.v@gmail.com. We respond within 1 month.
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, please write to us first, and we will do our best to sort it out together. Your local data protection authority is also available to help.

Automated decisions and children
We make no automated decisions or profiles based on your data. This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
